Refund and Returns Policy


Texas Industrial Remcor, Inc. guarantees that our products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 90 days from the date of the original purchase. Defective units or parts should be returned to the factory with transportation prepaid. If inspection shows them to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced without charge. Texas Industrial Remcor, Inc. assume no liability for consequential damages. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Our warehouse only accepts returns for items that were purchased directly from TIR Online Store ( If you made a purchase from a distributor, dealer, retail store, specialty store, outlet store, or online partner, you will need to return the item to the place where you originally made the purchase.

Refunds & Restocking Fee

Texas Industrial Remcor, Inc. values its relationship with you and offers a straightforward return policy for items purchased directly from our online store. To ensure a seamless return process, please note the following:

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all items returned. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure that all returns are accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less the restocking fee. Please allow 3-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment typically within 30 days based on your bank or card processor.
  • Please note that the restocking fee is designed to cover the logistics associated with returning an item. We strive to be transparent with our policies to ensure satisfaction with every transaction.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
